We are pleased you’ve decided to be our guests this year. To check cabin availability please fill out our check availability form or give us a call at 218-246-8501 or 800-246-8501.
To reserve your cabin, please provide your Cabin Deposit credit card information to us via phone at 218-246-8501 or 800-246-8501 or you can mail a check to us at:
Little Winnie Resort, Attn: Reservations Desk, 55671 County Road 9, Deer River, MN 56636. We will hold a cabin for 10 days from the date of online reservation to allow time for your deposit to reach us.
Check-In Time: 2 p.m. Check-Out Time: 10 a.m.
Early Arrivals or Late Checkouts will be charged an extra 1/2 day rental
Please respect our check-in and check-out times so that we can properly clean all of the cabins. Thank you!
Deposits & Cancellations: Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Most of our reservations are made well in advance of your stay. If you should need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded – less a $50 administrative fee, ONLY if you notify us more than 90 days prior to your arrival date; or if cabin can be re-rented for your same full time-frame.
You are responsible for the entire length of your reservation. No credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures. Daily reservations require a one night rental deposit. Questions? Please email us at reservations@littlewinnie.com.
Extra Person Charge — Our cabin rates are based on a fixed number of guests per cabin as noted on our Rates page. An extra person charge will be applied for each person exceeding that number. We require prior notification if you will have additional persons staying in the cabin. No guests beyond the stated maximum occupancy will be allowed.
- Each additional adult is $125 per week. (Children age 13 and up are considered adults).
- Children Age 12 and under stay for Free from Memorial Day thru Labor Day.
- The extra person daily rate is $25/day or $125/week.
All Holiday reservations require a 3 night minimum stay.
Fall and Winter daily rates require a 2 night minimum stay.
Our Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in our cabins but are subject to the Pet Fee shown below. Pets must not be left unattended, must be kept on leash and cleaned up after. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pet(s). Please note that we will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by dog fights. We do have dogs ourselves. Any loss, damage, or extensive cleaning incurred will be charged to you. We do not allow cats – sorry.
Pet Fee: $25/day/pet or $125/week/pet for all cabins except Antler Lodge.
The Pet Fee for the Antler Lodge is $175 per week per pet or $35 per day per pet.
All cabins are equipped with TV, air conditioning, appliances, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, coffee pot, toaster, crock pot, Charcoal grill, picnic table and outdoor fire ring. We also provide dish soap, toilet tissue and trash bags. Click here for a handy “what to bring checklist.”
All bed linens are provided, extras are available. Please request linens for hide-a-beds when making a reservation.
Towels, washcloths and hand/body soaps are NOT provided.
Our swimming pool is not available from September 5 thru May 31.
Cribs & highchairs are available at no charge, but are reserved on a first-asked, first-served basis
A 7.875% Sales Tax will be added to all rentals.
VISA, MasterCard, Money Orders, Cash and Checks Accepted. All credit card payments are subject to a 4% surcharge.
